By accessing or using RedFlag ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

RedFlag is an AI-powered tool that analyzes text for potential manipulation tactics. The Service provides analysis, scoring, and educational information about persuasion and manipulation patterns. RedFlag is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, therapy, counseling, or any other professional service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RedFlag. By using the Service, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, you may not access or use the Service. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account immediately.

RedFlag offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

Refund Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not issue refunds for any portion of the current billing period already paid. There are no prorated refunds for partial months or years.

RedFlag uses artificial intelligence to analyze text. AI analysis is not infallible, and results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable. The AI can and does make mistakes. Analysis results are provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

RedFlag is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, therapy, counseling, legal advice, or any other professional service. Do not make significant real-life decisions — including but not limited to ending relationships, pursuing legal action, or altering medical treatment — based solely on RedFlag's AI analysis. We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from decisions made based on AI-generated results.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting text to the Service for analysis, you represent that you have the right to submit such content and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant RedFlag a limited, non-exclusive license to process submitted content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. We do not claim ownership of content you submit, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RedFlag and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedFlag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes any damages arising from decisions you make based on AI-generated analysis results.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that AI analysis results will be accurate, complete, or free from error.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
