How to Cancel

You can cancel your RedFlag subscription at any time directly from your Dashboard — no phone calls, no hoops to jump through. Click Manage Subscription and follow the prompts in the Stripe billing portal.

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your plan automatically reverts to Free (3 scans/day) and you won't be charged again.

Monthly Plans — Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of that month but will not receive a refund for the remaining days.

We encourage you to try the free tier or use your remaining access period before deciding to cancel.

Annual Plans — Refund Policy

Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have a compelling reason (e.g., billing error, duplicate charge, or a technical issue that prevented you from using the service), please contact us within 14 days of your charge and we'll do our best to help.

Billing Errors

If you were charged in error or notice an unexpected charge, please contact us immediately. Billing errors are always corrected — these are not subject to the no-refund policy.
